Everything starts below ground. Our crew prepares and levels the land, then pours a reinforced concrete slab with embedded anchor bolts precisely placed to match your building's engineering drawings. A solid foundation is non-negotiable — it's what the entire structure rests on for the next 50+ years.
Steel Frame
Erection
Once the slab is cured, the steel skeleton goes up fast. Primary rigid frames are lifted into place and bolted to the anchor bolts, followed by secondary framing — purlins and girts — that form the grid your wall and roof panels will attach to. This is where your building's shape comes to life.
Panels, Doors &
Trim Installation
With the frame standing strong, your building gets its skin. Corrugated steel wall panels and roof sheets are fastened panel by panel, along with doors, windows, and custom trim in your chosen colors. This is the most visible phase — and the one where your building's character really shines.
Final Inspection &
Move-In Ready
The last step is a full walkthrough inspection — we verify every panel, every seal, every door operation, and every trim line before we hand you the keys. You get a building that looks sharp, seals tight against weather, and is engineered to stand for generations. No punch list, no headaches.
